The Avis Foundation is a private charitable foundation awarding grants to nonprofit organizations that are changing lives through impactful giving.
Leland and LaRita Boren dedicated their lives to philanthropy. Their personal generosity was transformational for many educational institutions, service organizations, and individuals. From founding the Boren Foundation in 1982 to establishing the Avis Foundation, Inc. in 2006, their legacy of impactful giving lives on, touching countless lives through scholarships, capital projects, and program support.
